Pre-Construction Analysis
We handle all essential groundwork including contour surveys, soil testing, council certificates, drainage diagrams, and site inspections. These critical documents establish the foundation for your project and confirm whether your build will proceed through complying development or require a development application.
Concept Design Development
Our experienced team, led by directors with 20+ years of expertise, meets with you to dive deep into your design brief. We discuss optimal construction methods, premium materials, and crucial elements like natural light and airflow. Our award-winning designers then create a bespoke concept design tailored specifically to your requirements.
Comprehensive Project Costing
Once you approve the concept design, we discuss your desired finish levels and prepare detailed, transparent costing. We meet in person to walk through every line item, ensuring you have complete clarity on all costs and inclusions. You'll know exactly what to expect before moving forward.
Approval Management
We manage the entire approval process, completing architectural plans, BASIX assessments, and all structural and hydraulic engineering designs. Whether it's a Development Application or Complying Development Certification, we handle the complexities. During this phase, you'll select exterior colors and finishes with guidance from our in-house design team.
Interior Design Selections
The exciting part begins as you choose fixtures, finishes, and colors for your interiors. Our expert interior designer guides you through every selection, ensuring all choices complement your home's architecture and create a cohesive, stunning result you'll love for years to come.
Building Contract
With everything in place, you'll sign our fixed-price building contract that locks in all agreed costs and specifications. Construction typically begins within four weeks of signing, bringing you closer to your dream home.
Construction & Completion
Your dream home comes to life! The same attention to detail from the design phase continues throughout construction. A dedicated supervisor provides regular updates on progress.
